Capacity: The facility’s maximum field trip capacity is 200 total for both students and chaperones. Space is
available on a first come, first served basis. |

Availability: Field trips begin at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and you may stay as long as you like. |

Chaperones: There must be 1 chaperone per every 5 children. Click

Price: Student discount rate is $6.50 with one free chaperone for every five students. Additional adults pay the full
price of $11.00. The museum charges sales tax unless a tax exemption form (ST-5 or Letter of Authorization) is submitted prior to visit. |

Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon
arrival. The museum accepts cash, check (made out to Imagine It! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta), American Express, Master Card and
Visa. |
